二、光纤采集卡 OPTICAL FIBER ACQUISITION
1) 图像数据光纤传输口多达 4 个，可支持同时连 1-4 个线阵相机。
2) 光口支持设备级联，单个光口最多可以支持 16 个面阵相机的控制及数据采集。
5) 采集卡同时配备相机电源与部分 IO，可进一步简化检测系统架构等。

三、LED 光源及驱动器LED LIGHT SOURCE AND DRIVER
The light source components of KESAI's quality inspection system are self-developed and self-produced products. The light source kit of the detection system is composed of dome light source box, strip backlight box and light source driver. The length of the upper light source and backlight is customized according to the detection width, as shown in the figure below:
The characteristics of light source components of KESAI quality inspection system are as follows:
1) High voltage driving mode of LED lamp in series and voltage stabilizing measures of multi-stage feedback circuit are adopted to ensure the light source with high brightness and good uniformity. 四、IO 控制器 IO CONTROLLER
The IO controller of KESAI quality inspection system is mainly used to collect and distribute the input signal of the electric eye, output the alarm and reject signal, and directly supply power to the output input relay.
